I love Big C, they are located all across Saigon now.  The Big C located on Hoang Van Thu street in the Phu Nhuan District is one of the biggest Big Cs in Saigon.  You can pretty much find everything you need there including a nice bakery.  The aisles are big as well which is a big plus when compared to CO-OP Mart or Citimart.  Big C reminds me of Safeway back in the … [Read more...] about Big C – American-style Grocery Store in Saigon

Well, I got lucky.  On the day I really craved for Indian food, Mumtaz just happened to open up while many other restaurants remained closed during the last days of Tet.  Mumtaz is by far one of the best Indian Restaurants in Saigon.  I love the beef samosas!!!
