When I am riding to Long An Province, this traffic circle in District 6 always makes me nervous. It is very congested and shared by motorbikes, cars and buses alike. Vegetarian Japanese Curry Rice (high protein)

Since transitioning to a predominately plant-based diet, one dishes that I enjoy more is my Japanese curry rice dish. It was the easiest to transition from meat to vegetarian.
