At approximately 9:45 PM last night, the power went out for part of the Phu Nhuan District, Tan Binh District and District 10 (roughly from the canal area south to District 10). My poor Dell Inspiron 8100 notebook died on me again today. The same thing happened back in April, 2006. Like before, the power supply unit burned out. It survived just shy of 6 years.
