Found a good restaurant in an out of the way part of Hoc Mon just outside of Saigon. Tam Trang Restaurant serves traditional Vietnamese food you would get if you lived in the rural areas. Here is one place I always forget to blog about in Phu My Hung. The Gourmet Shop and Restaurant is one of my favorite places in District 7. Great food and really affordable prices.
