Another crazy motorbike rider in Saigon
These type of crossings are quite irritating. I call them "cow herd block crossings" since motorbikes will go as a group to block oncoming traffic. I will let the traffic go by first before crossing a street. If it is crowded, it is better to continue down the road and turn back at a traffic light. Getting stopped by the traffic police (CSGT) in Saigon (HCMC), Vietnam
Back in January, 2018, I got pulled over by the infamous traffic police (CGST) in the Phu Nhuan District. I was stopped for being in the left lane (which is just for cars).
