I have lived in many cities and towns around the world. Istanbul, Turkey, with all of it's historical cathedrals and mosques is one of my favorites. SUV got stuck in Saigon
Not sure what this guy was thinking. One of my student called me over to show me the brown SUV. The poor guy was trying to squeeze in between a pile of construction soil and a van.
