Today I spent a good part of the day trying to find out if any stores sold any whey protein shake mixes in Saigon.  You can get amino acid supplements in Saigon at the gyms but I really prefer the protein shakes. Saigon’s Coffee World

I visited a really nice coffee shop over a week ago called Coffee World, aka Cream and Fudge.  It is definitely a visit especially if you like waffles, yes I said waffles. Unfortunately my current diet does not allow me to eat waffles at this time but hopefully next year I can. Saigon’s worst motorbike rider

Over a week ago, this woman on her motorbike nearly collided with me as she cut me off.  In fact, she cut off several motorbikes in front of me.  A lot of brake lights were flashing as this woman was crisscrossing through traffic.   I consider her one of the worst motorbike rider's in Saigon. Thanksgiving in Saigon
