Okay, this is getting kind of fun here. My entrance was blocked off at about 11:30 AM today. I felt bad for the guys since my neighbor was screaming at them since she could not get to her house. Three more houses need to be renovated still to widen the alleyway. My landlord thinks it may take another year or so. Two of my neighbors cannot afford to rebuild their houses. It is not stopping the People's Committee though. They have sent a construction crew to tear up our alleyway and lay in new concrete sewage pipes.
