Again I am surprised by how poor the air is in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. I expected it to be better in the rainy season. What happens when you cook curry
This one surprised me. I was cooking some Japanese curry and watched the AQI rise quickly in my livingroom and bedroom. I forgot to close the sliding door between the kitchen and livingroom.
