A couple weeks ago, I was joking with the Turkish chef at Horizon in regards to how many scoops of ice cream I wanted. I said 6. To my surprise, he gave me 6 scoops!!! Got my temporary resident card!!! :-)
Awesome! It just took one week to process my application for my temporary resident permit here in Vietnam. I picked up temporary resident ID card today which is valid until May 30, 2013. I never thought I would get to this day. It is all done!!! Now I will try to get my Vietnamese driver's license for both a car and motorbike. That is supposed to be much easier.
