The perception of many in Saigon is that the air quality in Thao Dien is better than District 1. In fact, at noon today the air quality in Thao Dien was the same as in District 1. I used a Air Quality Monitor to get the reading in Thao Dien and then converted it to AQI. A 104 micrograms PM2.5 gave me a measurement of 174 AQI.
