This week I found a good gym to workout in Almaty called Hanger 13. It is the first Crossfit gym in Almaty. I just happened to read about it online through Internations. After waiting for roughly 3 months, I am finally in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to work at an international school. I departed Saigon, Vietnam, reluctantly, last Saturday. I flew with Air Astana nonstop to Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was a pretty good flight, they even upgraded me to business class. Today I finally received the letter of invitation from my school. A non-tourist planning to work in Kazakhstan needs to have a letter of invitation before applying for a work visa.
