Earlier this month I attended a wedding in Cu Chi.  One of the ] dishes served was steamed shrimp which were still alive when I took the below photo.  Many people would be squeamish to watch the shrimp moving before they are steamed.  After living in Vietnam for over 8 and a half years, I got used to it.
