I met my Vietnamese friend at the Vincom Center today. Vincom has one of the best food courts in Vietnam with a large selection of restaurants including Carl's Jr., Popeyes, and many others. I still say that tourists should skip the backpacker area and buy their meals here. I went to one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants last Sunday night that serves seafood and a fish hotpot. It is a local restaurant so you never see any Expats or tourists here.
