One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants

Wednesday, November 4, 2009 By kevmille

I went to one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants last Sunday night that serves seafood and a fish hotpot.  It is a local restaurant so you never see any Expats or tourists here.  Probably a good thing, none of the staff speaks English. 🙂

I normally eat the fried fish which is really good.  I have it with a seafood fried rice.  My girlfriend will eat the fish hotpot.  The sauce is not bad but I do not like eating this particular fish when it is boiled.  It is good barbecued on a stick, though.  The shrimp are good as well.

Sorry, I forgot the name.  I will try to get a business card the next time around.  For now, enjoy the photos:

Not a very romantic place to take your girlfriend.

@Mel: It is not supposed to be romantic, just a place to eat and chat. Anyway, it is one of her favorite places. 🙂
