High Protein Japanese Curry Rice
Being part Japanese, curry rice is one of my stable meals wherever I live whether the US, Vietnam or here in Kazakhstan. I tend to eat this dish 4-5 times per week. Mud, mud everywhere
The last time I saw any real mud in Kazakhstan was back in early 1999, my last year with the US Peace Corps. I was walking in Karatau just after all the snow melted knowing, from experience, that I needed to watch where I walk. I did the Hour of Code (#HourOfCode) with all of my ICT students last week and last Monday. The classes were from. 6th to 10th Graders. I gave my students options of completing the Hour of Code in English and Russian. I was surprised at their enthusiasm. In the end 30 students received certificates for completing an hour of code.
