I think some of you may be interested in this post from my other blog, ironDevilDog.com. I talk about the supplements I take for my workouts. I am still focusing on Olympic Weightlifting at Get Fit Gym. Surprised I have been sticking the gym since I first started going back in August.
I know some people may not be fans of supplements. I swear by glucosamine (highly recommended for everybody) magnesium, b6 and zinc now. I am still mixed by the protein powders (casein and whey). I remember back in the early 1990s, I was, pound by pound, stronger when I did not take any supplements then I am now. Then again, I was much younger then too. 🙂
