The Parachute Rigger School. The good old days at NAS Memphis. It was funny since the Naval Air Station was not located in Memphis, Tennessee, but outside in Millington. I remember this town very well. Small, a place only families and retired people would like. I tended to stay on base during my times there. Once the Parachute Rigger School course started, we had no time for fun anymore.
Most of our instructors were US Navy Sailors, some were Marines. It was fun to share classes with sailors. Our group photo on a Marine F-4 Phantom II made us look badass. 🙂

What years were you in the marines Kevin?

From July, 1990, until Oct. 31, 1996. I received a medical discharge. I was a reservist.
