Got to love FPT
From 8 AM this morning until about 9 AM, I could not access any websites located outside of Vietnam with FPT. All websites located within Vietnam were easily accessible. I did a trace route and found that there was nearly a 97 percent packet loss immediately from my house to FPT. The packets never made it to the US.
