My Sports Supplements Update
People keep asking me which supplements I use. For starters I use only the ones in the below picture. I take glucosamine, a daily vitamin, fish oil and gingseng in the morning. 700 year old Moghul home
A tour guide felt this was worth a visit. He claimed it was 700 years old. It was near the Jama Mosque so I went. There were people still living in them so I was a bit uncomfortable visiting it. Jama Mosque – New Delhi
During my second trip to Delhi, I did not really do much related to touring the city. I did have time to visit the Jama Mosque built by the Moghuls. It was crowded so I recommend you go with somebody already familiar with the mosque. Be forewarned, there are many tour guides who will try trick you in giving a tour.
