Today I was playing around with the Lapse It app on my HTC Desire HD Android phone.  I was visiting my Aussie friend in Phu My Hung and spent about 2 minutes testing the app out.  I set the frame rate to 1 picture every 3 seconds.  You can edit the time lapse in the phone, add music and render it as a mp4 file.  I got about 40 seconds of video you can see below.
