Friday afternoon deluge in Saigon
I was at Java Cafe last Friday for a meeting when it started to rain heavily outside. This was a bit of a shocker since it does not normally rain in November. As I left, Hai Ba Trung and Dong Du streets were flooded. As I headed down Ham Nghi street later in District 1, I was surprised that street was flooded.
