Nice Barbecue Along the Canal in the Phu Nhuan District (Saigon)
My Vietnamese friend's friend just opened a seafood restaurant along the canal near my house. It is located near Pham Van Hai street in the Phu Nhuan District (sorry I forgot the address). Traffic Police okayed to fine Foreigners in Saigon
Just read this online at Thanh Nien News. The traffic police in Saigon will not be allowed to fine Expats and Viet Kieu for violating the traffic rules.
