Well, it seems that the current Skype login problems around the World is also affecting Vietnam. I have not been able to log into my Skype account since last night since past 6:30 PM. Skype claims it is related to a scheduled maintenence shutdown. More Construction in the Phu Nhuan District
Another house near my alleyway is being renovated. This used to be a coffee shop as well. I actually counted about 5 more houses along my alleyway that still needed to comply with the People's Committee's requirements.
