Wayne’s Coffee, a Swedish coffee chain, opened their first cafe in Saigon over a week ago. Located at the new Viettel Tower, 285 Cach Mang Thang 8, Wayne’s Coffee has a quiet atmosphere suitable for working. It has the feel of a co-working space with spacious tables both indoors and outdoors. Of course, you can order some great coffee and delicious pastries.
Wayne’s Coffee is located toward the rear of the new Viettel Tower. When booking a taxi, be sure to look for Viettel Tower as you get closer to your location. 285 CMT8 is actually another building but Viettel decided to use this number on their own.
As you walk in, you will be greeted with an assortment of salad, sandwiches, and desserts.
Some Expats, missing home, will love the pastries. I already tried the cinnamon bun and chocolate muffins. My next visit I will get a croissant.
They offer various types of coffee as well. The mocha is similar in taste to other coffee shop franchises. Worth the price.
Various juices and drinks are offered as well.
There are a lot of seating arrangements suitable for meetings, reading an ebook, or catching up with friends.
One location, towards the rear of Wayne’s Coffee, resembles a co-working space. In fact, you could literally spend the day here working on your projects. There is also a large conference room style table where you can actually have team meetings. Wayne’s Coffee will let you book this area.
There is also a large area outside.
You can work outside in the mornings or evenings when the weather cools down.
Finallly, relax and have a cup of coffee. Of course, I really enjoyed this mocha.
