I am a huge fan of Turkish food having first tried it in Taraz, Kazakhstan, back in 1998. It was nice to see a high quality, reasonably priced Turkish restaurant opening up in Saigon, Vietnam. Of course it was opened by friends. Since the prices are good, I may gain about 10 kilos within a year. 🙂
