Thanh Nien Restaurant is one of my favorite places to meet with friends when I am in District 1. It is actually a very popular restaurant with the Vietnamese but little known with Western Expats. MOF- A nice Japanese style teashop in Saigon
Thanks to both Lawrence and Hiro, I now know there is a Japanese-style teashop in Saigon call MOF. MOF is owned by a Singaporean from what I was told. The cafe itself is nice an quiet. EVN took my power reading last month. It is roughly back to normal, we used about 460 kWh which is about the norm for September. EVN still cannot explain why the reading was 2.5 times higher in August. Today an EVN employee tried to get me to pay for both months which I refused.
