I took this shot early morning on April 30, 2013, from the terrace just opposite of my room. Saigon is quite pretty on sunny days. The pollution level was quite low making for clear skies. It ended up being a scorching day but still a good one. A long term favorite for Thai food is Golden Elephant located in District 1 (on Hai Ba Trung street just down the road from Mai Linh Taxi's main office).
