Edit: Thanks Jason for your comments. kkkool.com will be a Digg.com clone. Anh2.com is a web portal but I remember being told it will be promoted as a social network as well to compete with Yahoo 360.

Actually those two services are not SNS. kkkool.com is a Digg clone, social bookmarking service. Anh2 is a portal – a truly Web 1.0 concept, something similar to timnhanh.com, some partners of Anh2 (banners on top) are sort of SNS.
