Well, actually just a few woes since I upgraded to the last version of 5.0.1 on my Samsung Note 4. Overall, I am happy about the update but I am having two issues.
First, the fingerprint reader. Well, since I am always in the gym, there is a tendency of the reader not working when my thumb gets worked on. I use the “hook grip” when I workout and sometimes even have to wrap my thumbs. Hence, many times I cannot use the thumb print reader at all in the gym. If you ever showered and then tried to use the fingerprint reader, you will know what I mean. It is similar. It will take roughly one hour before my thumb become normal again for my fingerprint reader to be able to read my thumb again.
Solutions, change fingers or record more than one finger beside the thumb. I can also put some shortcuts on the lock screen.
Now for issue two. For some reason Facebook always crashes, freezes to be exact, on my phone. It seems related to Firefox. When I click a link from Fb, the article will open in Firefox. If it contains any media file, such as a video, after a while it may freeze. Happens 2-3 times a day (I get this warning on the left). After I re-open Fb, I can go back to the link and view the whole media file with no problem.
I have not found a solution yet but I may have Fb open links to Chrome or the default browser.
These two issues problems with the previous versions of Lollipop or Kit Kat. It just hit the last couple of weeks.
I still like the phone but I see myself replacing my Note 4 with a OnePlus website Two that will be released on July 27th.
