As another Aries Rat (hopefully just the “animal” and not the inner nature) I came upon your website and was somewhat delighted and mind-boggled at the wonderful advancement Vietnam has made in so many ways. I am a Vietnam Veteran in the military sense, and after some 40 years my connection to Vietnam has suddenly begun to be enhanced once more by a possibility that I may be doing some collaborative investment work with an “outside” company now established in Vietnam. If this develops I will “love it when a plan comes together.”
