Those of you still waiting for some authentic Mexican food (Tex-Mex to be exact), Saigon Tacos will be making a debut at Stellas in Pham Ngu Lao soon. Stellas is opposite of the new Baba’s Kitchen. Saigon Tacos will offer halal food as well so all fans of Mexican food will be able to enjoy it.
