Returning to Vietnam on this trip took me roughly 23 hours this time including the commute to the airport and layover in Taipai, Taiwan. I returned on Eva Air again, a new favorite airline of mine. The 747-400 flight was a bit cramped but luckily I was able to get an Exit Row seat with a lot of leg room. We arrived into Taipai a bit early. My Eva Air flight from Taipai to Saigon left early as well arriving into Tan Son Nhat International Airport roughly 30 minutes early. Even better, it took me less about 25 minutes to disembark the plane, go through immigration and pick up my luggage. In Seattle, the same process took over 1 and a half hours.
I am glad to be back in Saigon, though it is a bit hot compared to the Washington weather back in Winlock. I am a bit jet lagged now which is why I am still awake at 4:30 AM in the morning. I even assembled all of my airliner models I brought from the US 🙂

well, i have been on one of the Japanese airline before. The service is good. That is normal in Japan. The customer service is number ONE, and everything in Japan is so cute, and so clean! I love to go shopping in Japan! what is your reason ?

Half-Japanese, remember? So I have a blood connection to Japan and the Japanese culture 🙂
