Parking can be a hassle in Vietnam if you want a scratchfree bike. I always.put a motorcycle cover on my.bike. Still, occasionally you get another bike right on your bike. Not the owners fought. At times, people will have to move a bike to get their bikes out.
Eventually parking garages will have to develop a system here giving assigned parking for tenants.
