Yesterday I headed out to District 11 to meet Annie and her cousin at the Dam Sen Park. I have been to the Dam Sen Waterpark but this was the first time actually visiting the other facilities. It is no surprise to anyone in Vietnam today that the internet bandwidth is much lower than it was 2 years ago. First, APEC was thought to be the culprit.
