Poor Pugs

Pugs are a very popular breed in Saigon these days.  You see them everywhere.  They are a really cute dog, my neighbor has one and they tried to sell me one of their 4 puppies.  I am a bulldog guy myself. Cho Pham Van Hai is one of the biggest markets in the Tan Binh District.  In the last three and a half years I have lived here, I passed by the Pham Van Hai Market many times but I never went inside.
