One of the most beautiful rivers in the world. The Naryn River runs through Naryn, Kyrgyzstan, and is one of the main headwaters that would become the mighty Syr Darya River. The water was so blue and refreshing, I wanted to jump into the river but I knew I would drown or die of hypothermia. I was weak and did not realize the magical powers that this river generated. If it was not for a couple of dams along the way, a person could float on the Naryn all the way through Uzbekistan entering into the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan.
Only the magical water of the Naryn reach the mythical Aral Sea today.
