Vietnam and Bad Air Quality
Again I am surprised by how poor the air is in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. I expected it to be better in the rainy season. Consistently Shanghai's air has been cleaner than the air in Ho Chi Minh City. This was not expected especially with a constant wind blowing in the city.
