The Hai Yen Travel budget travel agency was run by my friend, Quan, who taught me a lot about Vietnamese culture and the Vietnamese way of thinking.  He asked me to create  a logo for his travel agency so I decided to use the one from my SaigonNezumi.com blog at the time.  Quan passed away after a boating accident in Can Tho back in 2009.
