Yes, there is a helicopter bad at the Bitexco Building here in Saigon. Nope, nobody has ever used it. Some say the wind patterns make it too dangerous for helicopters to land on it. All western programs and news channels in Vietnam are required to have Vietnamese subtitles now. This makes it interesting to watch my favorite movies now. It also helps me build my Vietnamese vocabulary up as well.
