The days are getting hotter in Vietnam. I will probably get tanned again. During the late afternoons and early evenings, we get huge downpours. Friday Morning Commute to Thu Duc
Well, I decided to wake up early and ride my motorbike to Thu Duc. It is about a 40 minute motorbike ride from District 5 to Thu Duc. I needed to return a helmet to someone. The ride was nice. I had to come straight back to Thu Duc after working this morning in Saigon. Our housekeeper wants to take a week vacation before Jon arrives. She should leave shortly. We have to keep someone in the house now at all times since we only have padlocks to lock the gate and main doors of the house. Not very secure. Well I finally did it. Last night I bought a brand new red/white Yamaha Nouvo. Chau's brother and the landlord came along to check out the motorbike before I bought it.
