Here is a good piece put together by Al Jazeera titled, The lost tribe of Laos.  The article looks at the plight of the Hmong and the persecution they face by the Laotian Army from 1975 to today. I was a bit surprised that the Hmong were still being treated this way in Laos so long after the war.
