Another Blogger will make his way to Saigon at the end of the month. Patrick Kennedy will serve as the Information Management Specialist with the U.S. Consulate. He is currently training in Washington, D.C., after spending two years with the U.S. Embassy in Ulaan Batur, Mongolia.
Patrick will also help out with some of the pro-bono projects as an Advisor for the Saigon Linux Group.
