My alleyway in the Phu Nhuan District has some of the best small cafes in town. If I am too lazy to cook, which has been quite frequent these days, I will drop by the local beefsteak joint about 5 minutes walk from my house for a nice beefsteak sandwich (36,000 VND). I always order it with a strawberry and orange shake (15,000 VND). It’s really good and quite busy in the evenings.
You can also order some Pho and the shop nearby. If you want sugarcane juice, you can get that as well.
