Well, I have now spent over three months at a new Crossfit gym in Almaty, Crossfit Brute Force. I really enjoy the facilities which is very similar to Saigon Sports Club minus the MMA equipment. Just a couple weeks ago, I made my 4th trip back to Saigon, Vietnam, from Almaty, Kazakhstan, on Air Astana. I have been flying on Air Astana a lot the past year.
