Last Monday I meet with the team from Google for an informal dinner at the Gala Royale in District 1 of Saigon. About 14 people attending including several developers. One week in Saigon
Hard to believe it has been one week since I last posted. The last week has a lot of meaning for me. The US Marine Corp's birthday was on Nov. 10th followed by Veteran's Day (Nov. 11th) and the day I entered Marine Corps boot camp (Nov. 13th). Rose Cafe – Saigon
Last Friday I met Le Viet-Kieu Saigonais at Rose Cafe located at the Ky Hoa Garden Hotel in District 10. It is a really pleasant place to meet friends and have nice discussions. I got a big surprises this morning. The electricity in my house went out which, for a Friday, is normal. What was not normal was hearing the loud music from my neighbor's house.
