Traffic Jam on Saigon’s Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street
The traffic jams along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street in District 3 has been terrible for the last year and a half. A couple days ago, it took me nearly 45 minutes to get from my house to District 1. The same trip took me 10-15 minutes nearly 3 years ago.
