Wonder where the bandwidth went?
It is no surprise to anyone in Vietnam today that the internet bandwidth is much lower than it was 2 years ago. First, APEC was thought to be the culprit. Rainy Season is Here
Well, after the long wait, the rainy season has finally arrived in Saigon. It has been raining hard the last 2-3 days. I actually have to wear my rain poncho now. Well, due to Annie's broken cell phone, I ended up skipping Yoko Cafe and instead headed out to Lush Bar to meet with Vi and her friends. It started out dead but then the night picked up really fast.
