Sleeping Better :-)

Monday, May 12, 2008 By kevmille

Finally I am able to get a good night of sleep in my house.  It has been so long.

About a week ago, I decided to turn my mattress over.  I found that it was harder and more firm like the mattresses I use in the US.  On the first night it felt like I was sleeping on the floor but I got nearly 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.  Now I am used to it and sleeping very well.

I am also drinking a cup of hot camomile tea about one hour before I sleep.  It is working very well.  One night I forgot to take it and was surprised that I could sleep.  Now I will keep drinking it daily.  What they say about the benefits of camomile tea is true in my case.

I think for many of you, the next time you see me I will hopefully no longer have the black bags underneath my eyes.  I myself am beginning to notice the difference.

Finally I am becoming a bit more focussed again 🙂

Well, an ex-marine is whining about his mattress like a little princess with a pea 🙂 . You will soon appreciate the hardness of your mattress which supports your spine better.

Umm, I think you meant Former Marine, “Once a Marine. . .”

Anyway, I complained about my sleeping arrangements in the Marines too.

For your comment, please meet me behind parking lot at 3 PM 🙂

Sorry, I didn’t know that they still use peas at MCRD to find a true Marine 🙂
