My driver had to pay $300vnd last summer… gosh I hate those cong an giao thong!
Actually, some of these guys are pretty cool 🙂
They have been strict with enforcement at night with the clubs though. New Century in Hanoi plus MGM were raided and they did manage to catch some people with drugs. That is a good thing believe it or not since drugs are rampant here. Unfortunately, a lot of innocent people were also detained 🙁
